About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Revit Architect who will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for project delivery. The role will be responsible for maintaining technical rigor, leading detailed design, and mentoring and overseeing the Mid-Level Architect.

Work Set-up: 100% Work from home

Work Schedule: Early Day Shift - 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time (Aligned with Australian Business Hours)

What You'll Do (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Technical Ownership: Take full technical ownership of complex, large-scale commercial, retail, and mixed-use project delivery from detailed design through construction.
  • Hands-on BIM & Detailing: Executing advanced Revit production, complex architectural detailing (waterproofing, drainage, fire separation, joinery), and schedule preparation.
  • AU Code Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Australian Standards, NCC/BCA codes, and AS1428 accessibility requirements across all documentation packages.
  • Quality Assurance & Coordination: Drive technical QA/QC and lead seamless services coordination with external consultants and engineering stakeholders.
  • Mentorship & Delivery Leadership: Overseeing project delivery schedules, mentoring Mid-Level Architects, and ensuring model accuracy.

What You Bring (Skills, Qualifications or Experience)

  • Experience Level: Minimum 10+ years professional experience, with a strong track record in large-scale commercial, retail, and/or mixed-use developments.
  • Software (non-negotiable): Advanced/expert capability in Revit.
  • Technical Mastery (non-negotiable): Exceptional understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and AU construction detailing requirements.
  • Complex Detailing: Highly proficient in waterproofing, drainage, accessibility (AS1428), fire separation, and services coordination documentation.
  • Sectional & Joinery Detailing: Highly capable of preparing detailed building sections at various scales, as well as comprehensive internal joinery and finishes setouts.
  • Complex Elements: Strong background in detail design for high-traffic or complex areas (e.g., public amenities, complex staircases).
  • Scheduling: Highly proficient in preparing architectural schedules (doors, windows, wall types, finishes).
  • Design & Logic: Exceptional ability to translate precedence/reference imagery into practical, logical, and efficient construction details.
