Who are we looking for
We are looking for experiencedArchitectas part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our Australia office while in collaboration with our Architecture Design Group.
This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:
- Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
- Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
- Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
- Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
- Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
- Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
- Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
- Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
- High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
- Good experience with architectural detailing.
- Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and able to review/check their own work before submission to team lead.
- Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus.
This job offer can be based either inMakati, Quezon City or Cebu City,depending on your home base / location.
