Job Description

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite per month or quarter)

What you'll be doing:

  • Review draft invoices in Nue (billing system) to ensure accuracy and issue finalized invoices to customers
  • Monitor the Accounts Receivable (AR) inbox and respond to billing-related inquiries in a timely manner
  • Complete customer questionnaires and vendor onboarding documentation accurately and on schedule
  • Prepare, process, and issue credit memos as required
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for AR systems and policies, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members, if applicable

What will make you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or billing operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with teams and customers
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Experience using accounts receivable or billing management platforms (e.g., Nue or similar systems)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of formulas, data analysis, and reporting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions independently or collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and understanding the unique needs of different departments
