Senior Application Test Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Application Test Manager to establish and lead test management capabilities in the Philippines as part of our global Technology & Transformation organization. This role will work closely with development teams in Denmark and support collaboration and knowledge transfer across the Philippines, Czech Republic, and Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting for application projects.
• Coordinate testing activities with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage defects, risks, and testing issues through resolution.
• Provide test status, quality metrics, and readiness assessments.
• Drive best practices, knowledge transfer, and collaboration across global teams.
• Support the establishment and growth of the Philippines test management capability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application testing and test management.
• Strong experience in test planning, defect management, and release readiness.
• Proven ability to lead testing independently across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed/global delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred

• Experience building testing teams or capabilities.
• ISTQB or related testing certifications.
• Experience working with European or multinational teams.

Ideal Candidate: A senior testing professional who can independently drive quality initiatives, manage stakeholders, and help establish a scalable test management function in the Philippines.
