Job Description
- Collaborate with application end users to identify, document, and resolve issues, ensuring effective solutions.
- Partner with DevOps, SREs, Test Engineers, and Development teams to deliver long-term fixes.
- Enhance monitoring systems and maintain 24/7 platform availability through on-call support.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to continuously improve platform availability, performance, functionality, and security.
- Utilize leading technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, and Docker.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or strong technical skills combined with customer service capability.
- Hands-on experience with any of the following tools: MongoDB, Java-based applications, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or Docker.
- Basic understanding of microservice architecture and ITSM tools, along with familiarity with Atlassian products.
- Knowledge of a programming or scripting language is considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to take ownership, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold integrity.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
