Senior Application Support
Location: Manila (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Work From Home)
Shift: Primarily Night Shift (Rotates to Mid Shift Quarterly)
Experience: 8–12 Years
We're looking for an experienced Senior Application Support professional to join a global technology team supporting mission-critical enterprise applications. In this role, you'll work closely with business users, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure applications remain stable, reliable, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise business applications.
- Resolve application incidents and production issues within agreed service levels.
- Manage incident, problem, and operational escalations.
- Coordinate application releases and production deployments.
- Ensure smooth transition of new features from development to production.
- Drive continuous improvements in application support processes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders throughout incident resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in L2/L3 Application Support.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience in Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Release Management experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience using or actively learning Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
