Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
- Prepare detailed functional and technical design documents to support solution delivery.
- Design, develop, and implement code; conduct UAT; and participate in release planning and rollout activities.
- Share technical and functional Clarity knowledge with team members to foster continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with the established Change Request process for Clarity system enhancements.
- Participate in software upgrades, patch installations, and add-in implementations.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow and email.
- Lead initiatives to optimize processes related to change management and incident resolution.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to meet evolving business and technology needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience with strong software development and application support background.
- Expertise in SQL programming and Oracle databases.
- Experience with data warehouse setup and Jasper report development.
- Solid understanding of ITIL Framework and SDLC.
- Leadership skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability.
- Preferred experience with PPM tools (Clarity PPM, HP PPM, Planview, JIRA, MS Project, Primavera, ServiceNow PPM).
- Hands-on proficiency in reporting tools (JasperSoft, Power BI, Qlik) is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience with Clarity (CA PPM) version 15.x or higher.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Clarity modules (Project, Portfolio, Demand, Financial Management).
- Experience designing and supporting integrations between Clarity and other enterprise systems.
- Practical experience with Clarity features (Portlets, GEL Scripting, NSQL, XOG).
