Domain: Application Support | Banking / Card Payments (Preferred)
As a C1 resource, you will lead complex incident resolution, automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with Development, Testing, and Product teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Application Support background with excellent communication skills
- AWS: EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda
- Unix / Linux environment support
- SQL: PostgreSQL, SQL (hands-on querying & analysis)
- ITSM Processes: Incident, Change, Service Tickets, Work Orders
- Automation (Mandatory for C1) any of the following: Shell Scripting, Python, Ansible, XLR
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application modification and ongoing maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and high availability in production environments
- Perform traffic diversion and routing activities to support releases, infrastructure maintenance, and incident mitigation
- Own and apply strong understanding of application architecture, dependencies, and integrations while working closely with Development and Testing teams
- Drive Problem Management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), preventive actions, and support for Post Incident Reports (PIRs)
- Build and enhance automation scripts to reduce manual effort, incidents, and operational risk
Good-to-Have Skills
- Monitoring & Observability:
- Splunk / Dynatrace (Dashboard creation experience expected for C1)
