Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Applications Developer (HCM) to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Human Capital Management and Financial applications. In this role, you will perform complex system development, design database integrations, and mentor junior developers while driving best practices in application delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and quality assurance leads to deliver robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and maintain enterprise application solutions, custom forms, database procedures, workflows, and alerts.
- Lead data integration, conversion, and migration activities across enterprise database environments.
- Mentor and coach development team members, conducting design reviews and enforcing established coding standards.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and database issues in a timely manner.
- Produce functional and technical documentation, including system specifications and technical designs, within Agile frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (specifically HRMS and Financials modules).
- Minimum 6 years of advanced experience with Oracle PL/SQL and relational databases.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow and Oracle Reporting Tools (XML Publisher, Reports Builder).
- Practical experience in data migration, integration, and SDLC practices utilizing Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.
- Strong track record in system design, technical documentation, coaching team members, and stakeholder communication.
