Role Description The Senior Analytical Engineer (Permanent WFH) role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading analytical projects and supporting technology-driven solutions for client operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing experiments, analyzing complex data sets, and developing methodologies to optimize processes and systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, preparing clear reports and documentation, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The Senior Analytical Engineer will also mentor team members, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis.
  • Laboratory skills such as experimental design, testing procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience in research and development (R&D), including method development, validation, and innovation in technical solutions.
  • Background in mechanical engineering, with the ability to understand system design, process optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of chemistry principles relevant to materials, reactions, and analytical techniques.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, statistical packages, or engineering modeling tools).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading technical projects or teams and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
