Pre-Transition Phase
Assist in migrating existing processes from MS Connections database (FRM legacy system) to EDM system ensuring smooth workflow adaptation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionalities and resolve issues proactively.
Provide assessment, reconciliation, and validation reports to the Project Manager and 3rd-party developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the transition plan aligns with operational requirements
Transition Phase (Phase 1 & 2 Implementation)
Support phase 1 deployment, ensuring all functionalities meet operational needs.
Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution during initial implementation.
Work closely with the team to ensure that phase 2 activities are executed smoothly.
Provide additional guidance and documentation to enhance tool adoption.
Liaise with developers and project stakeholders to report and address system performance concerns.
Post-Transition Phase
Continuously monitor new features of EDM for potential enhancements benefiting the team and downstream processes.
Evaluate reporting capabilities of EDM to optimize workflow efficiency.
Conduct data integrity reviews (Connection, Rating, Country and NameOwner) to ensure sustained accuracy and reliability of system-generated reports.
Maintain and update EDM documentation to reflect improvements and changes.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user guidance to ensure seamless long-term adoption.
Provide weekly project updates to business sponsor, leadership and other stakeholders to include a high-level overview of project progress, risks, and issues.
Train, coach, mentor other analysts (FRM Manila new hires) to help transition the FRM reports smoothly. Review and assess work and learning of new hires.
Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in FRM, analytics, data science, finance or strategy.
Degree in math, statistics, computer science, economics and other quantitative discipline with strong business and finance background.
Working experience in EDM, MS Access, Power BI with Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
Experience with system migration and process automation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid-level managers.
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences
Curious, highly motivated self-starter who is adept at problem solving and comfortable with learning new analytical skills.
A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.
Ability to work across multiple departments.
Self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently and on teams.
Flexible and self-motivated, with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience in Enterprise Data Management, MS Access, Power Query, VBA, and Power BI is considered a plus.
