The Senior Analyst – Blackline provides business administration and application support for the Blackline system, The company's platform for account reconciliation. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, system owners, and technical teams to ensure system reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement. The position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and unstructured work environments

As a Senior Analyst – Blackline, you wil

l:• Act as the primary point of contact for Blackline application support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholder

s.• Collaborate with system owners to plan and coordinate staffing coverage during critical financial close period

s.• Define, document, and communicate business requirements for system fixes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiative

s.• Partner with Technical Support teams to implement system changes, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal business disruptio

n.• Uphold compliance standards and ensure adherence to internal control requirement

s.• Support internal and external audit requirements, including compliance with controls and governance framework

s.• Conduct annual risk assessments, including Information Protection (IP) and Data Privacy compliance reviews, incorporating inputs from technical and system administration team

s.• Maintain and update system documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility for stakeholder

s.• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure appropriate technical support coverage and operational continuit

y.• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend technical or functional improvements to system owner

ts:• Proven experience in business/system support, finance operations, or application administration roles. (5-10 years of experien
