Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Analyst, Paid Social located in Metro Manila. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives, monitoring KPIs, generating reports, and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the social media landscape. The Senior Analyst is also expected to recommend strategies for improving campaign performance and meet client goals effectively.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in social specific to TikTok ad implementations.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, performance tracking, and KPIs reporting
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, targeting, and budget management in paid social channels
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in an agency environment, is a plus
• Willing to work on Mid-Shift and Night Shift schedule
• Can start immediately
