Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights

POSITION SUMMARY

A Senior Digital Analyst (Supervisory) is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, loyalty performance, and transaction data to drive revenue growth and retention. 

The role focuses on connecting digital activity to actual customer transactions, generating insights on member acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. This includes tracking Solaire Rewards performance, evaluating campaign impact on real spend, and identifying opportunities to increase visitation, frequency, and on-property revenue. 

Relevant Skills: 

• CRM and Loyalty Analytics: Experience with CRM platforms, loyalty systems, or CDPs
• Data Analysis: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and preferably SQL
• Dashboarding and Visualization: Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Attribution and Data Linking: Ability to connect digital touchpoints to offline or transactional outcomes. 
• Segmentation and Modeling: Cohort analysis, lifetime value modeling, and churn analysis. 
• Campaign Analytics: Experience analyzing EDM, SMS, and push notification performance tied to revenue. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6-8 years of experience in CRM analytics, loyalty analytics, or data analytics with exposure to transactional datasets. 
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, retail, or high-frequency customer businesses is highly preferred.
