Project Management:
- Lead data-related projects from conception to completion
- Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage resources and budgets for data initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Presentation and Communication:
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes the account/regional directors, account champions, facility managers plus internal and other external stakeholders
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards
- Translate complex data concepts into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders – internal and external stakeholders such as account directors, champions, facility managers and regional stakeholders
- Develop and deliver data literacy training to team members and clients
Strategic Advisory:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units and accounts
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Data Collection and Management:
- Extracting, collecting, and gathering data from various sources, including live data streams
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across all platforms
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines
- Implementing data governance practices and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Identifying data-related issues and determining root causes
- Managing data access, including assigning passwords and maintaining database access
- Participating in data integration projects and initiatives
- Complying with and contributing to data standardization efforts
- Data Accuracy: Auditing database access and requests
- Continually reviewing processes for improvement
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Conduct complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business objectives
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data analytics practice
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Medium to Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI experience is good to have but not required
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
