Join our MacCap client onboarding and enablement team (COE), which is responsible for ensuring seamless transitions and updates for our corporate clients, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play
You will join the MacCap COE team in Manila, which is part of a wider COE team supporting MacCap Business across the globe. As an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Analyst, your responsibilities will include performing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on existing customers to fulfill AML regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions with primary alignment to APAC. You will primarily manage refresh cases, using public sources and interfacing with the business desks to complete cases in a timely manner. You will have a risk mindset, escalate red flags and due diligence findings to relevant stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures at all times.
What You Offer
- Experience working in a financial institution involving research or KYC with the flexibility to support KYC tasks as required (i.e. onboarding, refreshing, reviewing)
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders within KYC teams and across different business and compliance groups
- A learning mindset and ability to translate complex processes and requirements into simplified procedures
- Experience in change management projects and able to strategically plan, deliver and report on outcomes
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills to clearly and concisely articulate complex findings.
