Pro-Serve Corporate Support are seeking a highly motivated Senior Amazon Specialist to support our online marketplace operations, specifically managing Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's platforms, product listing optimization, inventory management, and sales performance analysis. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, maximizing sales opportunities, and improving the overall performance of our Amazon business.
Required Qualifications and SkillsExperitrong>ence: 2+ years of Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (preferred but not required)Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and PoliciesStrong Analytical & problem-solving skillsDemonstrate strong attention to detail in managing e-commerce listings while effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups on inquiries and issue resolutionsProficient in Excel/Google Sheets & Amazon ReportsExperience with Helium10, Jungle Scout or similar tools is a plus!Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Walmart. Update listing content, including attributes, images, A+ content, and storefront details.
- Conduct research and analysis of products and competitors.
- Resolve issues such as SKU errors, inventory problems, listing suppressions, and customer complaints.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenishments and fulfillment
