About the role

We're a small performance marketing agency focused on Amazon. We manage PPC across a portfolio of premium consumer brands, and we're hiring a Senior Amazon Ads Lead to own that channel end-to-end.

This is the most senior individual contributor role in our Ads function. You'd be running our highest-value accounts directly, setting strategy, overseeing one other team member day-to-day, and acting as the primary voice on Amazon PPC — internally and in direct communication with clients. When a client or their third-party adviser has technical questions about performance or strategy, this is the person who answers.

James and I (co-founders) handle the commercial and client relationship side. You handle the channel.

What you'll own

  • Amazon PPC across a portfolio of consumer brands — strategy, execution, and performance ownership
  • Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display: bid management, keyword harvesting, negative match management, ASIN targeting, brand defence, TACOS/ACOS optimisation
  • Day-to-day oversight of one other Ads team member, including QA and mentorship
  • Direct written communication with clients and, where relevant, their external advisers on campaign decisions and performance

What we're looking for

  • Deep, current Amazon Ads expertise. You've run DTC or FMCG accounts at meaningful spend and you're up to date on how the platform actually works now, not a few years ago.
  • Written communication that holds up. When a client asks why performance dipped or why we took a particular approach, you write back with a clear, confident, data-backed explanation. Near-native or native written English required.
  • Channel ownership. You set direction, defend it, and adjust when the numbers say to. You're not looking for a list of tasks to execute.
  • Experience managing or QA-ing another team member's work. You know the difference between a training problem and a method problem.

Compensation

  • ₱73,000–₱88,000/month. Remote, full-time equivalent.
