Role: Senior Aluminium Facade Draftsman / BIM Coordinator
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas / Makati / Pampanga / Cebu / Davao / Mabalacat / Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule: Mid Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Drive faade drafting and BIM coordination across multiple GCC projects
- Prepare detailed shop, fabrication, and assembly drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and on-site project teams
- Review junior draftsmen outputs for technical accuracy
- Ensure drawings comply with specifications, BOQ, and consultant standards
- Develop Revit BIM models with LOD 300400 requirements
- Perform clash detection, coordination, and BIM family management
- Support faade renderings and conceptual presentation visuals
Qualification And Requirements
- Minimum seven years aluminium faade drafting experience
- Strong background in curtain wall and faade systems
- Experience delivering GCC faade or aluminium projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
- Skilled in fabrication drawings and BIM coordination
- Strong attention to detail and technical discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and technical documentation
Preferred
- Experience with Schco faade systems
- Experience with Technal aluminium systems
- Experience with Reynaers faade systems
- Knowledge of custom faade systems and detailing
- Familiarity with LogiKal by Orga-Data
- Experience using SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape
- Knowledge of 3ds Max rendering workflows
