We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to architect and deliver the next generation of multi-agent AI systems in healthcare. You'll design agent-based architectures that coordinate specialized AI capabilitiesreasoning, planning, task automation, and information retrievalinto seamless, reliable workflows. These systems will operate within the complexity of real-world healthcare environments, integrating data, context, and user intent to take meaningful actions autonomously.

What you'll do
- Deliver production ready AI Design robust, scalable system architecturesincluding multi-agent and distributed AI componentsand ensure they integrate seamlessly with our platform.
- Maintain high standards Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor other engineers to uphold high engineering standards.
- Experiment with AI technologies evaluate, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge tools into our platform and products
- Stay curious about emerging AI and health tech trends, bringing fresh ideas to drive innovation
Skills and experience
- Experience with agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Experience integrating and deploying AI models in production environments.
- 7+ years of experience developing and architecting large scale software solutions.
