Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python development and hands-on experience in GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI product development.

Key Requirements

• 6–8+ years of strong Python development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working on AI/GenAI projects.
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, ingestion pipelines, and chunking strategies.
• Experience with Vector Databases, similarity search, indexing, and metadata filtering.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), MCP servers, tools, and LLM integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows.
• Advanced Python, APIs, AI pipelines, and orchestration.
• Good SQL knowledge, including joins, query optimization, and indexing.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot for development and code acceleration.
• Knowledge of AI application monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and production support.
• Experience with tools such as Datadog/APM is an advantage.
• Java/ReactJS knowledge is optional.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.
• No relocation profiles.
• Must be comfortable attending the F2F final interview in Bangalore.
• Must be willing to work 3 days per week from the client office.
