Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & AI Content Creator to produce cinematic YouTube documentaries and mini-movies comparable in quality to:

• MagnatesMedia

• FinNaus

This is NOT basic YouTube editing.

The ideal candidate understands:

• Cinematic storytelling

• Retention-focused editing

• Motion graphics

• AI-generated visuals

• Sound design

• Documentary pacing

• Emotional storytelling

The final output should feel closer to Netflix-style business documentaries than standard YouTube videos.

Role Overview

You will take scripts and voiceovers and transform them into highly engaging long-form documentary content for YouTube.

Responsibilities include:

• Cinematic editing

• AI-generated B-roll and visuals

• Motion graphics

• Animated infographics

• Sound design

• Storytelling and pacing

• Creating highly engaging edits designed to maximise retention

Required SkillsEssential:

• Fluent English speaking and communication

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• After Effects

• DaVinci Resolve

• High-level storytelling ability

• Strong understanding of YouTube retention editing

Highly Valuable:

Experience using AI tools such as:

• Runway

• Midjourney

• Kling AI

• Pika

• Hailuo AI

• ElevenLabs

• Leonardo AI

• ChatGPT prompting workflows

You MUST understand editing styles similar to:

• MagnatesMedia

• FinNaus

• James Jani

• Moon

• Jake Tran

Salary

Remote role — Philippines preferred.

Salary Range:

₱60,000 – ₱120,000 PHP per month

Depending on experience, portfolio quality, and skill level.
