Job Title: Senior Agentic AI Product Engineer - Marketplace, CRM & Workflow Automation Company: Wonder Group - Wedded Wonderland / Liviti
Location: Remote
About the Role
Wonder Group is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Product Engineer to help transform Wedded Wonderland and Liviti into truly AI-native businesses.
This is not a generic AI role. This is not a prompt engineer role. This is not a chatbot role.
We are looking for someone who can design, build, ship, and improve real agentic AI workflows that interact with business systems, CRMs, websites, databases, content platforms, sales processes, customer journeys, internal operations, and external tools.
You will work across two major business verticals: Wedded Wonderland, a global platform for luxury weddings, destination weddings, venues, suppliers, planners, tourism boards, hospitality groups, and the Wedded Concierge and Advisor offering; and Liviti, a wealth, finance, property, and investment advisory business helping Australians build wealth through property and strategic finance solutions.
Your role is to build the AI layer that makes these businesses faster, smarter, more scalable, more data-driven, and more commercially powerful.
What You Will Build / Own
- Agentic workflows
- CRM automation
- Vendor and venue onboarding
- Lead enrichment and qualification
- Wedded Concierge and Advisor workflows
- Property investment client journey automation
- Finance and broker support workflows
- Partner and supplier research agents
- AI-powered content and SEO workflows
- Internal operations copilots
- Marketplace data enrichment
- Sales and customer support automation
- Human-in-the-loop approval systems
- Tool-calling agents connected to real business systems
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade agentic AI applications.
- Build workflows using LLMs, tool calling, APIs, structured outputs, RAG, memory, orchestration, evals, and human approval flows.
- Connect AI systems to CRMs, databases, CMS platforms, email, calendars, spreadsheets, documents, websites, and third-party APIs.
- Build prototypes quickly, then turn successful prototypes into reliable internal or customer-facing systems.
- Work closely with leadership, product, sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and content teams.
- Identify high-value AI opportunities across Wedded Wonderland and Liviti.
- Build safe AI workflows with permissions, audit trails, exception handling, and rollback processes.
- Create systems that are measurable, monitored, and continuously improved.
- Help define the AI architecture and technical roadmap for the business.
- Mentor internal team members on AI-native ways of working.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- You have mapped the highest-value AI workflow opportunities across Wedded and Liviti.
- You have shipped at least two working agentic AI workflows into internal use.
- You have connected AI workflows to at least one core business system such as CRM, website, CMS, email, Google Workspace, database, or operations platform.
- You have created a repeatable framework for testing, approving, deploying, and monitoring AI agents.
- You have identified areas where human approval is essential.
- You have helped leadership separate genuine AI opportunities from hype.
Required Experience
- Strong full-stack, backend, or product engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications beyond simple chatbots.
- Practical experience with agentic workflows, tool calling, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, API integrations, and automation.
- Experience with at least some of the following: OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, Vercel AI SDK, vector databases, browser agents, workflow automation tools, or similar.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript capability.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, authentication, logs, queues, and production systems.
- Ability to turn messy business problems into working technical solutions.
- Strong judgement around security, hallucination risk, privacy, permissions, and business-critical automation.
Bonus Points
- Experience building MCP servers or tool integrations.
- Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems.
- Experience in marketplaces, fintech, proptech, real estate, wealth, travel, hospitality, weddings, or luxury sectors.
- Experience with evals, AI observability, tracing, LangSmith, monitoring, or regression testing.
- Experience building internal AI tools for sales, operations, research, customer success, or marketing.
- Startup, founder, or product-builder experience.
Who This Role Is Not For
- Using ChatGPT for productivity
- Writing prompts
- Building simple chatbots
- Using no-code AI templates
- Adding AI to a resume without shipping real systems
- Talking about AI strategy without being able to build
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are a builder. You think like an engineer, a product person, and a systems architect. You understand that the hard part of AI is not the model call. The hard part is the workflow, context, tools, permissions, data quality, reliability, evals, adoption, and commercial impact. You are excited by building AI systems that actually change how a business operates.
