We're looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist who can own paid media across Meta and Google. Someone who understands the nuances of marketing in the US healthcare and medical device space, is familiar with GoHighLevel, shows up as a real team player, and knows how to use AI as a tool without letting it do the thinking for them.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Navigate compliance and policy restrictions specific to US healthcare and medical device advertising
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to hit performance targets (CPL, ROAS, CAC)
- Work on ad creative direction — writing copy briefs, reviewing creatives, and running A/B tests
- Use AI tools where they make sense to speed up work — while applying your own judgment to validate, refine, and act on outputs
- Report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommended next steps
- Work closely with our agency team — this is not a lone-wolf role but can also work independently
Requirements
- Must have — prior experience running paid ads for US healthcare brands or medical device companies
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (not just supporting)
- Familiarity with ad policy restrictions in health and medical categories on both platforms
- Familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) — you won't be managing it solo, but you need to know your way around well enough to collaborate with our GHL specialist and follow best practices
- Must be available during US Eastern Time (EST) working hours — real-time collaboration with the team is a core part of the role
- Responsive, collaborative, and proactive — someone the team can count on
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading data and making decisions from it
- Knows how to use AI when it makes sense, but doesn't rely on it as a crutch — critical enough to recognize when an output is off, when data doesn't add up, or when something needs a human call
- English fluency required
Nice to have
- Natural team player — someone who communicates well, pulls their weight, and makes the people around them better
- Comfortable presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients — clearly and confidently
