Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Engineering: Architect, expand, and systematically manage a premium quality sales pipeline of top-tier media agencies and major direct advertiser leads.
  • Vertical Outbound Strategy: Formulate and execute targeted outbound commercial strategies tailored meticulously by enterprise industry vertical and specific local market demands.
  • C-Suite Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain high-value, long-term C-level relationships with client executives, direct brand owners, and regional media partners.
  • Proposal & Pitch Architecture: Develop and deliver best-in-class, data-backed client proposals and highly persuasive commercial presentations to secure advertising investments.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead long-cycle contract negotiations, finalise pricing matrices, and structure commercial terms to maximize company revenue while delivering maximum value to the client.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management, with a minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in Ads Sales, Media Sales, or Enterprise Business Development, including 3 years of managerial or strategic level and capacity experiences.
  • Deep, intuitive knowledge of the Southeast Asian and Philippine digital advertising landscapes, including programmatic buying, mobile ecosystem media, display advertising, and user acquisition mechanics.
  • High proficiency in utilizing modern sales management tech stacks, specifically Salesforce CRM and advanced Microsoft Office Suite reporting.
  • Proven experience managing, prospecting, and closing enterprise accounts within at least 2 or more of the following key high-value verticals such as, Fintech / Digital Finance (e.g., GCash, Maya), Mobility / Ride-Hailing & Delivery (e.g., Grab, Move It, Foodpanda, InDrive), OTA & Airlines (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Philippine Airlines), Telecommunications (e.g., Smart, Globe One)
  • Exceptional communication, corporate storytelling, and high-stakes commercial negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic logic with the analytical ability to synthesize complex tech solutions into crystal-clear, client-focused business cases.
  • Entrepreneurial resilience and confidence to thrive inside a fast-paced, matrixed multinational technology ecosystem.
  • Full fluency in business English.
