Position: Senior Admin Manager
Reports to: Senior Assistant General Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Admin Manager oversees all non – production support departments and manages the organization's relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
The position serves as a key leadership partner to the Senior Assistant General Manager. The role ensures operational alignment between corporate services and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership Support
- Serves as a senior coordination partner to the Senior Assistant General Manager on matters relating to non-production functions and external affairs.
- Supports alignment between production and non-production departments to ensure smooth operational coordination across the site.
- Assists in facilitating communication and coordination among corporate service units supporting the manufacturing operations.
- May represent the Senior Assistant General Manager in internal coordination meetings or external engagements when formally delegated.
Government & Regulatory Affairs
- Oversees the management of business permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation required for company operations.
- Ensures coordination and compliance with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintains working relationships with local government units, regulatory authorities, and public institutions relevant to the organization's operations.
- Supports regulatory inspections, audits, and official government engagements.
External Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinates the organization's interactions with community stakeholders, regulatory institutions, and external partners.
- Facilitates official site visits, regulatory inspections, and external stakeholder meetings.
- Supports the company's external communication and coordination related to administrative and regulatory matters.
Decision Authority
The Senior Admin Manager primarily provides recommendations and coordinates operational actions in consultation with the Senior Assistant General Manager and the Assistant General Manager – Operations & Innovation, particularly in the following areas:
- Administrative operations and procedures
- Corporate services coordination
- Government permit processing and regulatory documentation
- Administrative vendor coordination and service providers
Strategic administrative decisions, organizational restructuring of non-production functions, and major policy changes remain subject to review and approval by the Senior Assistant General Manager.
The position may represent the Senior Assistant General Manager in administrative or external coordination matters when formally delegated.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in corporate administration, corporate services, or government relations
- At least 5 years in managerial leadership roles
