Job Description

Own the full Accounts Receivable cycle for a fast-growing US brand — no gatekeeping requirements, real ownership from day one.

If you're the kind of AR professional who doesn't just process transactions but actually understands why the numbers move — this role gives you full, end-to-end ownership of Accounts Receivable for a US-based company, with the analytical scope to make it interesting.

About The Role

You'll take ownership of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, and Cash Application for a fast-growing, US-based company in the branded merchandise and e-commerce fulfillment space. This is a senior, high-trust individual contributor role: you'll run the AR function independently, from high-volume invoicing through DSO reporting and reserve analysis, with direct exposure to a US finance team and cross-functional partners in Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer payment application, AR aging, and collections across multiple platforms
  • Lead resolution of unapplied cash, credits, refunds, deductions, and disputed balances
  • Own AR reserves, aging analysis, DSO reporting, and collections metrics
  • Process high-volume billing, invoicing, and enterprise customer POs, including portal submissions
  • Prepare AR and revenue reconciliations and support month-end close and audit requests
  • Spot trends and risks in the AR portfolio and recommend improvements to cash flow and process
  • Mentor and support an Accounts Receivable Analyst, reviewing work for quality and accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve Order-to-Cash processes end to end

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Order-to-Cash, including high-volume invoicing/collections
  • Strong Excel skills — comfortable with data manipulation, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Experience with an accounting/ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Willing and able to work the required core shift aligned to US business hours — prior night-shift experience is a plus but not required, as long as you're genuinely up for it
  • Able to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • No US-based work experience required — international experience with global or US-facing clients is welcome

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on QuickBooks experience
  • Prior experience working a US-aligned night shift
  • Experience supporting a business through a systems transition or migration

What's In It For You

  • A senior individual-contributor role with real end-to-end ownership — not a narrow, siloed processing job
  • Work for an established, growing US-based brand with a stable, well-resourced finance function
  • Room to grow into people leadership as the finance function expands
  • Direct, regular exposure to a US-based finance team and leadership
  • Competitive salary, discussed during the interview process
  • A clear, two-round interview process so you're not left waiting
