Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst AR Billing Escalations

Join eClerx Philippines! We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our AR Billing Escalations Operations team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Escalations Mailbox and resolve complex B2B billing disputes and escalations.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and investigate billing issues to identify root causes.
• Provide billing documentation such as Invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), and Proof of Service to support collections activities.
• Review and validate accounts prior to third-party collection transfer, including required system updates and service cancellations.
• Coordinate with third-party collection agencies to validate payment disputes, account information, and documentation requirements.
• Handle reconciliation for large-scale National Accounts and other high-priority accounts.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reducing recurring billing issues and improving AR processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of client concerns.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B Finance, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable/Billing tools and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex escalations and high-priority accounts.
