Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accounting professional, located in Calamba. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure accuracy in journal entries and financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include utilizing accounting software to maintain financial records and supporting the finance team with accurate data and analysis to guide decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Experience in using accounting software to manage and record financial transactions
• Strong knowledge of finance-related processes and analytical skills for problem-solving -
• Competence in preparing and reconciling journal entries, BS, P&L ad Cash Flow, perform variance/flux analysis, Data Analysis, budget
• Can generate revenue reports for internal and/or external use.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing company is advantageous
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
• Good with oral and written communication skills.
