JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Jr. CFO / Senior Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting Shared Services team and oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit, internal controls, ERP optimization, and process improvement across multiple business entities.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong Shared Services experience, a solid background in financial reporting and accounting operations, and proven experience leading and developing teams. This role requires a hands-on accounting leader who can drive operational efficiency while supporting the continuous improvement and digital transformation of the finance function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the end-to-end Month-End and Year-End Closing processes for multiple business entities.
- Review and oversee statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Prepare and consolidate financial information into management reports, variance analyses, and financial insights for senior leadership.
- Lead coordination with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes.
- Lead the optimization of accounting processes and workflows through ERP systems and technology.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within the Shared Services function.
- Oversee accounting operations involving asset-intensive business environments, including cost accounting, inventory, and supply chain-related financial activities.
- Partner with business and operational leaders on cost management, CapEx analysis, and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the Shared Services Accounting team.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory
- Shared Services / Shared Service Center (SSC) / Global Business Services (GBS) experience – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 7 years of progressive corporate accounting experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or people-management role
- Strong experience in Financial Reporting, with knowledge of IFRS/GAAP
- Proven experience handling Month-End and Year-End Closing
- Strong background in Audit and Tax Compliance
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
- Proven Team Leadership and People Management experience
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders

Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving organization and exposure to ERP optimization, digital transformation, or accounting process automation is also preferred.
