About the Role

As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will manage the daily activities of our accounting functions, including payroll, AP, and AR. Reporting to the SVP Corporate Accounting, you will be a key driver in ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounting functions, including general ledger, payroll, and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
• Reporting & Close: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and financial reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure all revenue records comply with US GAAP and meet local, state, and federal tax requirements.
• Leadership: Provide oversight, mentorship, and growth opportunities for assigned Finance staff.
• Audit Support: Assist internal and external auditors with periodic reviews of financial records.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 10–12 years in healthcare finance, accounting, or treasury.
• Certification: CPA licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Great Plains software or equivalent ERP.
• Logistics: Ability to work in Clark, Philippines, and manage multiple time zones.
