Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee financial operations for an aviation-related business. The successful candidate will ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency while leading a high-performing accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate financial statements and executive management reports
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency
- Develop and strengthen internal accounting controls and policies
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government agencies
- Support strategic financial initiatives and business expansion plans
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Experience in aviation, airline support services, logistics, or travel industry is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in tax compliance and financial analysis
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
