Job Summary:

The Senior Accounting Specialist oversees key accounting functions, Tier 1 support operations, and client relationships to ensure accurate financial processes and high-quality service delivery. This role is responsible for resolving escalated issues, driving process improvements, managing stakeholder communications, and optimizing resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least4 years of working experience in the related field is required
3. At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in accounting or finance
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel formulas/functions like Pivot, Data Validation, Macros).
