Accounts Receivable
- Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices.
- Process payments received via ACH, wire transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied, misapplied, or disputed customer payments.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and assist in resolving outstanding balances.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all AR transactions.
- Support month-end Accounts Receivable activities as assigned.
Accounts Payable
- Review and process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and within established timelines.
- Verify invoice details, including vendor information, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Organize and maintain complete AP documentation.
- Assist with Accounts Payable reconciliations and payment processing activities.
