Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related business course
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Financial and General Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft applications and business systems solutions (ex. QuickBooks)
With above average business communication skills, ensuring professional and clear interaction with internal teams and external agencies
Fluent in both oral and written English and Filipino, enabling effective communication with various stakeholders.
Can work under pressure and under minimum supervision
High level of accuracy and detail-oriented
Maintain orderly filing systems and record keeping
Team player, creative and resourceful
Female, Single; Preferably residing in Quezon City, or near work location
Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and transaction processing
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger balances
Review invoices, expense reports, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and follow-up activities
Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks and account analysis
Maintain organized accounting files and ensure proper document retention
Help prepare audit schedules and provide documentation for internal or external audits
Monitor discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve financial issues
Support budget tracking and reporting activities as assigned
SALARY RANGE: Upon interview
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 p.m.
WORK LOCATION: 4th floor, Culmat Building, 1270 – 1330 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Brgy. Mariana, Quezon City
