The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for the full set accounts as well as assisting in the preparations of statutory reporting for assigned entity/s, month end closing, and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Center of Excellence Manager.
- Perform daily accounting tasks of General Ledger, Revenue, Intercompany transactions, cash flow projection and recording and reconcile bank transactions. reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, intercompany transactions reconciliations, and regular month-end closing schedules
- Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and uploading to Blackline and accounting schedules monthly
- Assist with requests from the external auditor and tax consultant, the preparation of various accounting schedules for year-end audit and tax computation for regional entities to ensure compliance with US GAAP and local accounting standards
- Build, document, and maintain standard process and desktop procedures.
- Ensure internal control and statutory compliance objectives are met.
- Collaborate with other functional team/s with any GL function related follow up and action item/s.
- Initiate and support process improvement and/or projects drive.
- Prepares monthly reportorial requirements: BS Analysis, P&L Analysis, Tax Roll-forward and other requirements
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and depreciation and resolve issues encountered
- Ensure compliance with approval matrix and related policies for all financial transactions
- Undertakes ad hoc improvement projects and analysis as assigned
- Back up of Manager in reviewing and approving journals and reconciliations of Finance Analyst.
