At least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in the real estate, property development, or property management industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process, ensuring accurate financial reporting for real estate development projects, leasing operations, and property management activities.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for real estate projects and operating properties, providing insights to support investment, development, and business decisions.
Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, PEZA (if applicable), and other real estate regulatory requirements, including tax filings, permits, and statutory reports.
Manage financial controls over procurement, project expenditures, and payment processes, ensuring proper approval, cost allocation, and compliance with company policies.
Oversee accounting for tenant billing, lease administration, security deposits, rental collections, and common area maintenance (CAM) charges, while coordinating with Leasing, Property Management, and Operations teams.
Develop and implement effective accounts receivable and collection strategies to improve rental collections, minimize delinquencies, and maintain healthy cash flow across managed properties.
