Senior Accounting Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Lead with strong technical accounting experience and full general ledger ownership. This role requires independent thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounting and general ledger for multiple clients

• Execute month-end close accurately and on time

• Prepare and review financial statements

• Manage journal entries including accruals, depreciation, and interest

• Identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies

• Perform cleanups and ensure books are accurate and up to date

• Provide guidance to junior accountants when needed

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Experience handling full general ledger (not limited to AP/AR)

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online

• Experience working with U.S. clients is preferred

• Strong understanding of financial statements

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
