Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing core accounting processes such as month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, including US GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and Excel modeling.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Prepare financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Perform balance sheet and P&L analysis and prepare variance reports

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits

Assist with implementation and optimization of financial systems, particularly NetSuite

Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the accounting function

Communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be a CPA.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant accounting experience.

Demonstrated experience using NetSuite ERP for day-to-day accounting tasks and reporting.
