Connext Global Solutions is looking for a Senior Accountant with strong experience supporting U.S.-based clients, particularly in month-end/year-end close, bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger review, and financial statement support.

What You'll Do

• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Review general ledger activity and investigate unusual or unsupported balances.

• Prepare month-end journal entries and adjustments.

• Support month-end and year-end close across multiple client entities.

• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for tax preparation.

• Investigate accounting discrepancies and resolve routine bookkeeping issues.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding accounting items.

• Work primarily in QuickBooks Online across multiple client files.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience supporting U.S.-based clients.

• Strong experience in month-end/year-end close, general ledger review, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently investigate discrepancies.

• Stable employment history.

• Experience with a U.S. accounting or bookkeeping firm is a plus.

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: 100% Onsite

• Schedule: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM PHT | Monday–Friday

• Locations: Ortigas, Davao, Angeles, or Cebu
