Position: Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Involve in data entry and monthly closing activities, including account payable, account receivable, fixed assets and general ledger function.
- Ensure prompt update of members accounts (billing and receipts) and prompt reply to members on related matters.
- Ensure reminders are sent to members on timely basis.
- Calculation of late interest
- Perform Accounts Payable Tasks such as payment requests, staff claims, petty cash replenishments, etc.
- Involve in preparation of cash flow projection
- Involve in monthly forecast and yearly budget exercise.
- Involve in obtaining the Creditable Withholding Tax Certificate from the members.
- Ensure compliance with local standards, regulations and group policies.
- Perform other financial responsibilities not mentioned above.
- Report to Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts.
Who are we looking for:
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess CPA, university degree majoring in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant job experience on full set of accounts, especially in property sector.
- Knowledge of financial law including tax legislation in Philippines.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP would be an advantage.
- Possess verbal and written English skill.
- Able to work in a fast-paced multi-national environment.
- Must be meticulous, able to work within stipulated deadlines.
- Full time position in Taguig office
- Must be willing to work on any existing Centres if needed.
