Senior Accountant - PH BASED

Join a growing Singapore-based technology company as part of its finance team supporting business operations in Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant with at least 5 years of solid accounting experience. This is an individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable working in an in-house finance environment, handling high transaction volumes, reviewing expenses, and taking ownership of day-to-day accounting and month-end activities.

• Manage General Ledger and Accounts Payable activities
• Review invoices, employee/business expenses, supporting documents, and approvals
• Handle high-volume accounting transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process vendor payments, expense accruals, and journal entries
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports
• Handle intercompany billings and reconciliations
• Prepare financial schedules and support external audits
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper financial controls
• Support other finance operations and ad hoc projects as required

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent

✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience

✅ Strong experience working in an in-house/company finance team, ideally within an MNC or established corporate environment

✅ Proven experience handling high volumes of transactions

✅ Strong experience in expense review, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and month-end closing

✅ Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting controls

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

✅ Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills

✅ Experience with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills

✅ Experience with Singapore accounting or finance operations is an advantage

✅ CPA, CA, or ACCA qualification is an advantage
