The
Senior Accountant will provide comprehensive accounting and finance advisory services, including technical accounting support, financial reporting, operational assistance, project planning and execution, outsourced accounting functions, staff development, and relationship management with client executives and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cyle accounting - month-end close, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, month-end financial statement preparation and other such corporate accounting responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to improve efficiency and workflow processes
- Assist in development of detailed project plans to respond to our clients unique needs and expectations
- Execute project plans and create client deliverables
- Technical accounting advisory projects require detailed assessment, extensive research, detailed testing procedures and significant technical writing
- Participate in career development activities and technical training of staff
- Develop and sustain relationships with client executives and senior management
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and
- 3-5 years of related work experience in Accounting required
- NetSuite experience is required; Implementation experience from QuickBooks to NetSuite is a nice to have
- CPA license preferred
- Excellent analytical, research and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
