Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, revenue, expenses, and other key financial accounts.
• Review and analyze revenue transactions to ensure proper recognition and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Monitor and analyze costs, including operating expenses, cost allocations, and project-related expenditures.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Assist with audit requests and prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Utilize NetSuite to manage accounting transactions, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Support expense management and employee reimbursement processes through Rippling Spend & Travel, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a Senior Accountant capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Proven experience in revenue accounting and cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Rippling Spend & Travel is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting US-based companies is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in SaaS, technology, professional services, or high-growth organizations.
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and accounting automation.

• Computer OS: Windows 10
