Senior Accountant

We're Hiring: Sr. Accountant – Revenue & Leasing Assurance

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Work Setup: Remote

Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm PHT

Role: Sr. Accountant – Revenue & Leasing Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and assess revenue accounting treatment under ASC 606
• Prepare accounting memos, journal entries, and revenue-related analyses
• Perform revenue GL reconciliations and resolve variances
• Execute and maintain SOX controls
• Prepare month-end management reporting and revenue reserve analysis
• Prepare ASC 606 and ASC 842 disclosures for SEC reporting
• Review lease contracts and assess accounting treatment under ASC 842
• Support internal and external audits
• Work on ad hoc accounting projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Revenue and/or lease accounting experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• CPA or equivalent credential is a plus
• Strong analytical and financial data interpretation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong MS Office/Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, RevPro, or Lucernex is a plus
