Senior Accountant (Hybrid Seup)

Work Setup: Hybrid Setup (First 2-3 months on full onsite for training, hybrid after)

Work Location: McKinley, Taguig

Work Schedule: Night Shift

• Sr. Staff Accountant - Ship Operations
• Sr. Staff Accountant - Corporate Accounting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (must be in an Accounting-related program)
• At least 4 years of experience in Accounting
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, etc.)
• Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)
• Advanced Excel proficiency

Sr. Staff Accountant - Ship Operations

• Sound Accounting fundamentals such as:

- Preparation of Journal Entries

- Balance Sheet

- General Ledger Management

- Account Reconciliation

- Financial Reporting

- Preparation of Invoices

- Accruals

- Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Closing

- Financial Analysis

Sr. Staff Accountant - Corporate Accounting

• Sound Accounting fundamentals such as:

- Large Journal Entries

- Balance Sheet

- General Ledger & Sub-Ledger

- P&L

- Contra Asset

- Bank Reconciliation

- Variance Analysis

- Intercompany transactions

- Pre-payments
