Pay: ₱105,000.00 - ₱115,000.00 net per month (take-home pay)

Senior Accountant (US GAAP | Acquisition-Focused Environment)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: US Hours (fixed night shift)

Overview

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to support a high-growth company consolidating multiple business units into a centralized accounting function. This role goes beyond routine work - you'll help clean up, standardize, and integrate financials across newly acquired entities, often working with incomplete or non-GAAP books.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle core accounting: reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close
• Investigate and resolve complex or unreconciled accounts
• Support post-acquisition integration, including:
• Cash to accrual (US GAAP) conversions
• Entity consolidation and cleanup
• Assist in process improvements and ERP transition (NetSuite)
• Partner with leadership on ad hoc accounting deep dives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting (US GAAP)
• Strong Excel skills
• Proven ability to handle complex, ambiguous accounting issues
• Track record of growing beyond basic bookkeeping into true accounting ownership
• Comfortable working with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with acquisitions, consolidations, or multi-entity environments
• Background in startup or private equity-backed companies
• Exposure to NetSuite or ERP migrations
