What You'll Do

• Manage your own portfolio of diverse clients
• Review and oversee the work of junior team members
• Delegate tasks effectively and support the team's growth
• Deliver proactive advice and outstanding client service
• Collaborate in a dynamic, team-based environment
• Use cloud-based systems to streamline client outcomes

What You'll Bring

• Proficiency in Xero (non-negotiable)
• Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, can-do mindset and sense of humour!
