The Role: Senior Accountant

In this role, you will spend most of your time managing full-cycle accounting operations, financial compliance, tax and audit coordination, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, monitoring project and operational costs, and strengthening financial controls and governance standards, including SOX compliance.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, auditors, and regulatory agencies to support business objectives, mitigate financial risks, and improve financial processes across the organization. This role combines hands-on accounting expertise with strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to drive operational efficiencies in a rapidly evolving business environment.

What You'll Bring

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination, and financial controls
• Advanced knowledge of tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards including SOX compliance
• Experience in cost analysis, variance investigation, budgeting, and financial KPI analysis
• Proficiency in financial operating systems and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with the capability to solve complex financial and operational problems
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and industry challenges and support strategic decision-making
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and leading change initiatives
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
