Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years of accounting experience.
Skills
- Experience with online-based accounting platforms, preferably NetSuite, and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Strong general ledger knowledge, including debits, credits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with custom reporting systems.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle month-end close entries, including accruals, prepaids, WIP/fixed assets, corporate allocations, benefits, insurance, intercompany transactions, and related items.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of reconciling items
- Perform revenue reconciliations and analysis, investigating variances and ensuring alignment between systems and financial reporting
- Review and reconcile purchase card activity; upload charges into NetSuite and ensure accurate GL coding.
- Support financial statement preparation through schedules, flux analysis, and supporting documentation as needed.
- Manage sales tax filings and reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Assist with audits by preparing and providing documentation requested by external auditors.
- Partner cross-functionally to support end-to-end accounting processes and ensure data integrity
- Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed
